Issues with withdrawals are usually correlated with the hotwallet balance.
If there is not enough Dash to process withdrawals like this example with only 5.30 Dash, a member will have to be patient.
Do not despair - this happens from time to time - and it is no cause for concern or alarm.
We fully understand why it may be annoying and we always work minimize risk of hotwallet balance depletion.

It is considered normal that the hotwallet from time to time is depleted - luckily it happens very rarely - but it is why it is stated in our terms of service (and always have been stated):
โ"Members are able to withdraw their balances at any time, however, CrowdNode reserves the right for a withdrawal processing time of up to two weeks. This is due to security reasons, as our multi-sig authorizations forces us to meet in person in order to take out balances from cold storage."
