It is important that your phone is registered in the correct timezone. This applies for both Guardian and Google Authenticator.

Lately we have observed that it is important that your phone is registered in the correct timezone. This caused an error message when scanning the QR code for the authentication app.

We will try to keep this page updated for any special cases that prevents users from signing in.
