At CrowdNode, we are committed to providing excellent service, and we take customer feedback seriously. If you have experienced an issue or are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to submit a complaint so we can address your concerns promptly and fairly.

How to Submit a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint, please send an email to hello@crowdnode.io. Your complaint must include the following information to help us process it effectively:

  • Your full name.

  • Contact details (email and/or phone number).

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Any relevant supporting documents (if applicable).

Complaints must be submitted in writing so that we can document and address them thoroughly.


What Happens Next?

  1. Acknowledgment of Receipt
    Once we receive your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgment within 10 working days. This acknowledgment will confirm whether your complaint is admissible and provide the contact details of the person handling your complaint.

  2. Review and Investigation
    Our Complaints Officer, currently Andreas Rud, will review your complaint thoroughly and may reach out to you if additional information or documentation is needed. We aim to ensure a fair and timely investigation of all complaints.

  3. Response Timeline
    We strive to provide a formal response to your complaint within 14 working days of acknowledging it. In cases where more time is needed due to the complexity of the issue, we will keep you informed and explain the reason for any delay.

  4. Final Decision
    You will receive a detailed response that addresses all points raised in your complaint and explains the outcome of our investigation. If your complaint is not upheld, we will provide a clear explanation of why, along with information on your options for further action.

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can escalate your complaint to the Danish Authorities. Read more here:
