We realize that it is uncommon to ask users to send from a specific address, but this procedure brings some great advantages.
- Firstly, it makes it easy (via the Dash blockchain) to track every transaction ever made from and to the user.
- Secondly, as it is only possible to withdraw to the same address from which deposits have been made, the CrowdNode platform cannot send Dash to anyone but its owner. This precludes the (mis)use of the platform as a web-wallet.
- Thirdly, having a list of current Dash addresses for every user, we can at any time pay out everything owed to everyone (industry-first “parachute” eject function).
